There is something magical about connecting with like-minded souls on a yoga retreat. Moving in community with one another on the mat and exploring new, exciting places together off the mat bring such profound moments of wonder and expansion.
I have had the honor of leading yoga retreats in Tulum, Sayulita, San Miguel de Allende, and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, as well as Havana, Cuba. Each experience has been one-of-a-kind and the memories made hold such a special place in my heart.
